2. SERVICES

Mehar Digitals provides digital textile printing services on cotton, linen, satin, silk, polyester, canvas, and blended fabrics. We also offer sampling, design assistance, and bulk printing solutions for individuals, designers, brands, and manufacturers.

3. ORDER PROCESS

3.1 Orders must be placed through our website, WhatsApp, email, or authorized representatives. 

3.2 An order is considered confirmed only after written approval and advance payment. 

3.3 Mehar Digitals reserves the right to decline any order without explanation.

4. PRICING & TAXES

4.1 All prices are quoted in INR and exclude GST, shipping charges, and additional services unless stated otherwise. 

4.2 Prices may change without notice until order confirmation.

5. LEAD TIMES

5.1 Standard lead time ranges from 7-15 business days after proof/sample approval. 

5.2 Bulk, complex, or urgent orders may require additional time.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Clients must own or be licensed to use the artwork submitted for printing. 

6.2 Mehar Digitals assumes no liability for copyright violations arising from customer artwork. 

6.3 Digital mockups, templates, and website content belong exclusively to Mehar Digitals.

7. LIABILITY

7.1 Our liability is limited to the value of the affected transaction. 

7.2 We are not responsible for indirect losses like delays, market loss, or production halts.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Events beyond our control (shutdowns, weather, strikes) may delay production.
